What does General Admission get me?
- General Admission Weekend Pass to #MinusZero 2018 grants you GA access to all days of the Minus Zero Winter Sports & Music Festival taking place on Friday April 6, Saturday April 7th and Sunday April 8th 2018.
- Entry includes access to both the indoor and outdoor stages, food and drink vendors.
- Includes entry to the opening ceremony and pre-parties taking place on Friday the night April 6th
- Includes entry to multiple after parties
- Does Not Include Ski Lift & Premium Parking
SKI LIFT TICKETS
Ski Lift Tickets are not included with any GA ticket types and must be added on. Some of our VIP packages include lift tickets. Mount Snow season passes will be honored at Minus Zero. PREMIUM PARKING +
There is a limited amount of Premium parking spots available. The Premium parking is a very short walk to the festival site and allows those to who purchase premium parking to enter through a separate entrance with much shorter lines. Premium Parking is $40 for the weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) in advance or $40 per day when purchased on site day of.
VIP OPTIONS
This year we have set aside the Mount Snow Grand Summit Lodge exclusively for those who choose our VIP ticket packages. VIP packages include a hotel room in our most luxurious property and can accommodate groups of 2 to 12 people. Guests taking advantage of our premium packages will have a VIP parking area, daily VIP pool parties with guest DJs in the heated pool, concierge service, exclusive merchandise and more. Our top level VIP rooms have balcony views of the main stage area so guests can party in their room while watching the show. There are only 100 premium VIP packages, only 12 Mountain view packages available. Layaway and split options are available for all package types.

Are tickets expected to sell out?
Tickets will sell out like they did last year, but you will pay the lowest amount if you purchase Early Bird and General Admission 1 options. Limited quantities are available at each ticketing tier. Get yours now so you don’t miss out!
What payment methods can be used to purchase tickets?
Credit and debit cards are accepted. Layaway are also available.
What is going happening on Friday April 6th?
On Friday April 6th we will be using our indoor venues only where we will host pre-parties and opening ceremonies. We will be sharing specific details on what is taking place later on.
What happens if I stop making my layaway payments?
If you miss your payment, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay your next installment before your order is canceled and subject to a non-refundable $10 fee and a default fee of $49.90.
What is the maximum number of tickets I can buy?
Tickets are limited to four (4) per person.
Can I buy a one-day pass?
We are currently offering only 2 day weekend passes
Can I upgrade my GA tickets to VIP?
Upgrades may be available if VIP tickets have not sold out. Contact TIXR for more information.
What if I accidentally bought VIP tickets and I’m under 21?
You must be 21 or older to enter the venue with a VIP wristband. To receive a refund, you must provide proof that you are under 21 years of age. Please contact TIXR directly.
Can I get a VIP package if some members of my group are under 21?
No, only those 21 or older are permitted to enter VIP areas; and you must be 21 or older to enter the venue with a VIP ticket.
Should I receive a confirmation email for my purchase?
You should receive a confirmation email within moments of purchase. If you do not (be sure to check your junk folder), please contact TIXR
What if I purchased tickets but my card hasn’t been charged yet?
Your card should be charged within two business days. If you do not see the charge please contact TIXR
How can I avoid ticket fraud?
The best way to avoid ticket fraud is to buy directly from TIXR. DO NOT purchase from scalpers, Ebay, Craigs list, etc; or any other source. If you arrive at the venue with an illegitimate ticket, you will be turned away, and no refund will be provided.
Can I Ship tickets?
No, all tickets for Minus Zero are print at home and bracelets will be redeemed on site.
I already purchased loyalty tickets and and want to purchase lodging but I do not need additional tickets, what should i do?
Use code “noVIPticket” and “noGAticket” at the Unity Travel checkout to remove one of the tickets from your travel package order.
I need to pick up my tickets at Will Call. When and where can I do that?

I’m buying multiple tickets. Can I transfer some of them to friends?
You may purchase tickets on behalf of your friends, but once theirs is scanned, it is non-transferable. And for security purposes, they will not be able to discuss the specifics of your order with ticketing representatives.
Is Re-Entry Permitted
Yes, Re-Entry is permitted with the festival bracelet once redeemed from your print at home ticket.
I can’t make it one of the days. Can I let a friend use my ticket after I have?
No, your ticket or bracelet is not transferable.
Am I able to buy a parking space if I do not buy a hotel package or VIP package?
Yes, parking spots will be available for purchase as an add-on option to weekend passes.
Is there any opportunity to volunteer, will this allow me to attend for Free?
Yes, we will be introducing a volunteer program at a later date.
Do all hotel packages include shuttle service?
Each hotel package is different; be sure to double check all the amenities before completing your check out.
